Question: Do I have to make an appointment to have my car detailed? Answer: Yes, you need to make an appointment to have your car detailed.
Question: How far in advance to I need to schedule an appointment?Answer: We can usually detail your car within a week. Sometimes even on the same day. Click here to view our schedule of availability and choose your day and time.
Question: What is your service area? Answer: We travel North to Daytona, South to Vero Beach, East to the beaches, and West to Orlando/Celebration etc.
Question: How do I pay? Answer: Credit Card, Paypal, Cash
Question: Do you use an interior product that leaves a sticky residue? Answer: No. Our environmentally safe non-toxic products leave no trace. They provide lubricity for safe cleaning, offer sun UV protection, repel dust and remove oils left from skin. They contain minimum to no scent and it will seem like no pruducts were used at all.
Question: Where are you located? Answer: We are based at the Imperial Plaza Building in the Suntree area of Melbourne, FL. We are primarily a Mobile service which means we come to your location wether it be your home or place of business. If you would like to drop off your car at our location you can do this also. Question: How long has Dolphin Mobile Detail been in business?Answer: Dolphin Mobile Detail, LLC was launched in 2004 and has operated continously since then. As far as we know this is the longest running mobile detail company in Brevard County.
Question: How long does your wax last?Answer: Our full detail wax can last 3 to 5 months or even longer. It can depend on how the car is driven and kept.
Question: Do your services include tire shine?Answer: Unless you request otherwise every exterior detail includes tire shine application. Our tire shine is a coating is not bad for tires, is not to shiney, and does not sling onto your car.
Question: How thouroghly do you clean the wheels.?Answer: We use soap and water on wheels. This this cleans most wheels. We clean the face of the wheels. This face of the wheel is the part facing outward that is most visable. From time to time we clean the barral of the wheel if it has been consistently kept clean and is easy to access but it is not a part of our service packages. Anything more than this is an additional service and costs extra. Only soap and water is used to clean the wheels. If the wheels require more intense cleaning such as tarnished chrome or break dust left on for a long time additional steps may be necessary and if you would like we will clean them for an additional fee. Some wheels are beyond what we normally fix.
Question: How long does it take to detail a car Answer: A typcical service lasts 3 hours. If a car is extra dirty of if you add a service then the detail may take longer. If a team is working on your car the process takes less time.
Question: Do you offer multiple car discounts? Answer: We perform an outstanding job on every car and charge the same price for each one.
Question: How much should it cost to detail my car? Answer: Our Dolphin Mobile Detail prices are based service level, vehicle size and condition. Our base price is for cars that are reasonbly well kept which includes most cars. Our prices our much less than dealership prices with the extra value of being performed at your location by our company who's primary business is detailing, ceramic coating and headlight restoration.
