Terms of service

Liability While Dolphin Mobile Detail (hereafter referred to as "we", "us" and "our") strives for excelence in all work performed, customer (hereafter referred to as "you") agrees to not hold us liable for and to defend us from any loss or damage to anything or anyone resulting in any way directly or indirectly from anything done by us, even in the case of negligence and that you either own the vehicle or are authorized by the owner of the vehicle to order any services we perform and the owner agrees to these terms of service. Payment You agree to pay upon work completion and completion is determined by us. All sales are final and there are no refunds. If you will not be available at time of completion, payment will be made before services begin. Extra Fees Our prices are based on vehicles reasonbly well maitained and in average condition. If significantly more time and effort is required to bring the car to an acceptible condition we will charge extra fees. We strive to advise you of these items before service begins. Sometimes these conditions are discovered during the job performance. Customer agrees to pay these fees at time of service completion even if they are not brought to their attention either before or during job performance. Extra fees are charged for but not limited to dog hair, sand, sun-tan lotion, make-up, accesive dirt and crumbs, cigarette ashes, excessive trash, and personal belonging removal. Extra Services Results may vary depending on the condition of your vehicle. While we seek to exceed your expectations every time, occationally even reasonably well maintained vehicles in average condition do not turn out as expected. Service is still complete. If a vehicle could benefit from additional services they must be agreed to and paid for accordingly. We normally try to inform the you before starting the service of any issues we forsee. Even if we do not, this and all terms still apply. This includes but is not limited to brake dust on wheels, tarnish on wheels, overspary on paint, and carpet stains. Vehicle Size We determine the size of vehicle for pricing purposes. If payment has already been made, a new invoice will be issued for the difference and payment will be made by the time of service completion. Agreement By ordering a service and or service has commenced you accept and agree to these terms of service.
